Nitro 200 Delta

This new lightweight chassis is constructed of magnesium and beautifully powder coated. It has very good mechanical strength, a very comfortable SupAir harness w/reserve chute mounting, 3K carbon fiber spars and seat board, carbon fiber prop and  the Nitro 200CC motor.  Standard configuration includes titanium weight shift arms.   Thicker acro titanium weight shift arms are an option. This magnesium frame stiffer and stronger than aircraft grade aluminum, while designed to meet the budget minded pilot who still enjoys a reliable and high power to weigh ratio machine that is both aesthetic and ergonomic.

Nitro 200 Race Titanium

In April 2018 Air Conception released version 2 of the highly popular titanium “Race” chassis. Made of G9 titanium (50% lighter than stainless steel), this robust frame is only 5.5lbs. It features 16mm narrow profile titanium tubing through out and ergonomic cantered design for improved flight dynamics. Includes comfortable Supair harness, 3k carbon fiber spars and seat board, carbon fiber propeller. Standard configuration includes titanium weight shift arms. The cage is is a very stiff 16MM thick titanium, and the entire frame and cage have a matte polished finish. The Race V2 frame incorporate a number of improvements over the original titanium Race frame, including contoured motor mount bars for better comfort and less vibration transfer, better geometry, stronger and simpler mounting the of swingarm bars, and increased propeller safety margins. (** Note – Pictures are of original race frame, pictures of Race V2 frame coming soon!**)

FRAME

  • The Race frame is a light weight yet strong full titanium chassis with natural bead blasted finish for strong long lasting good looks.
  • Various tube profiles have been chosen in key areas to remain strong yet deliver that key weight saving.
  • Double offset Titanium weight shift to handle torque effect.
  • 6x 3k carbon spars are simple, strong, and light – adding stiffness in key areas.
  • 4 piece titanium hoop comes in light weight 12mm profile as standard.
  • 16mm available for extra stiffness.
